Warranty and complaints


In principle, there is a guarantee on the soundness of the production process of 6 months after the invoice date. If we do not receive a report of defects in the production process within this period, further complaints will be inadmissible and will be considered as a result of misuse.


It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@houtenonderwijsmaterialen.be. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur . From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platforms of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
