Hold the board with both hands in the handles (size 9 x 2 cm) and let a marble roll in the shape of a spiral by gently tilting the board from front to back and from left to right. Try to follow the marble with your eyes without moving your head. At the beginning and end of the spiral there is a small hole so that the marble can stay in place. These exercises have a positive effect on concentration, automation and emotional balance.
Trace the spiral with a wooden pen to stimulate fine motor skills.
